The hotel rooms are really clean and spacious, which is a great plus, but they smelled a bit stale and did not come across as sparkling clean. Being right next to the elevator that 'dings' every time it arrives on the floor can be quite annoying. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and polite, although we had to carry our bags as there was no bellhop service. The location was superb with plenty of local dining options within walking distance, near Bugis Street and Bugis MRT. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of choices and lovely staff. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

Our stay at the hotel was made a lot less stressful with the executive room offering a great view and a thoughtful anniversary card and cake.
